摘要
:
Homogeneity is the first and most essential prerequisite of a reference material which merits this marking. A possible way to do homogeneity tests on many elements is offered by instrumental neutron activation analysis. It is shown that this method allows the quick evaluation of sample homogeneity on very small samples and for many elements simultaneosly, regarding macro as well as ultra trace elements. © 1979 Akadémiai Kiadó.
