COMPUTER-SIMULATION OF EXPERIMENTAL SURFACE-CHARGE FOR ISOMORPHOUS OXIDES

摘要
The interfacial electrification behavior of cobalt ferrite samples with different degrees of substitution, is analyzed; the experimental charge vs. pH curves are compared with charge curves calculated on the basis of the model of Davis et al. The extent of agreement between calculated and experimental results varies with the concentration of the base electrolyte; further, in the case of the fully substituted CoFe2O4, charge vs. pH curves are reproduced using very high and markedly different inner capacitance values in the positive and negative regions of charge.
