CALCULABILITY IN SU(2)L BY SU(2)R BY U(1) - MASS MATRIX AND CP-INVARIANCE VIOLATION

摘要
It is shown that calculability of the mixing angles in a class of n-generation, leftright-symmetric SU(2)L-SU(2)R-U(1) models restricts the fermion mass matrix to be of the form m=0nImAm with the constraint m=0nmIm=n, where Am is a nonsingular m×m Hermitian or complex symmetric block containing 2m-1 elements and Im is the number of such blocks. Such a mass matrix cannot supply CP-invariance-violating phases. © 1979 The American Physical Society.
