摘要：

Reports of maternal-neonatal pertussis are rare. Diagnosis of pertussis is often missed initially and apnea, bradycardia or hypoxia can be the first symptoms. Respiratory and neurologic complications are 8 to 10 times more frequent in infants before 3 months of age than older patients. Vaccination is effective, including full dosage in old premature babies. In infected adults and children, erythromicin and face masks are protective for newborn children.
