摘要
The effect of time-averaging the product from a fixed-bed catalytic cracking reactor has been compared to a kinetic-catalyst aging model of the conversion and gasoline selectivity. Time-averaging has a profound smoothing effect on the selectivity behavior of rapidly decaying catalysts. Selectivity behavior of catalysts in fixed beds may rank differently compared to fluid- or moving-bed reactors, depending on the rate of decay. © 1969, American Chemical Society. All rights reserved.
