摘要
The schistosomicidal activity of a number of xanthenones, 4-methyl-3-chloroanilines, and their hydroxylated derivatives were tested against Schistosoma mansoni. It was demonstrated that hydroxylation enhanced schistosomicidal activity one- to sixfold in the mouse and two- to 33-fold in the hamster. © 1969, American Chemical Society. All rights reserved.
