摘要
Because of its unwieldy complexity, understanding organization at the community level has been an elusive, often frustrating enterprise. This survey concentrates on the assembly process itself, and examines whether there are mechanics to community assembly that provide the foundation for a general theory of organization at the community level. © 1990.
