NMR measurements of Cu-63 and O-17 are reported for three single crystals of YBa2Cu3O6+x (x = 0.52,0.92 and 1). The samples are the same as or equivalent to those studied by neutron diffraction. Comparison between neutron and NMR results shows that the model of Millis, Monien and Pines is not consistent with experiments.
