摘要：

Temperature sensitive mutants of E. coli JE1011 (derived from E. coli K-12), not forming cell walls at 42° were isolated and the genes of four of those mutants were mapped. Two cell wall-ts genes were located between ara and lac and the other two close to argH on the chromosomes. © 1969.
