摘要
The dielectric property was measured to observe growth of metallic clusters in Nb-Al2O3 sintered mixtures with Nb volume fraction f ranging from 0 to 0.15. As Nb clusters grow large, the effective dielectric constant epsilon* (or capacitance) increases to diverge, reflecting the occurrence of the percolation transition at around f = 0.15. The power law was found to hold for epsilon* with a critical exponent of 0.6.
