摘要
Ultracentrifugal experiments and gel filtration indicate that proteins of human colostrum can bind trypsin and chymotrypsin with the formation of a complex possessing p-tosyl-l-arginine methyl esterase or N-acetyl-l-tyrosine ethyl esterase activity. The findings suggest that, at least three proteins, having molecular weights higher than 200000, close to 100000, and 10000 respectively, combine with these enzymes. © 1969.
