摘要
A new separation scheme for deoiling of high viscous media, soy lecithin as an example, with pure supercritical CO2 can be presented. Successful tests were carried out in a special high pressure extraction apparatus built on a semi-industrial scale. For the extraction process, the viscous media was brought into intensive contact with high-turbulent CO2 in a special spraying device. The results of the extraction are being completed by supplemental observation and measurement in a high pressure optical cell.
