摘要：

The parallelism of optically parallel plates is generally measured by interferometers, autocollimators or dial gauges, depending on the accuracy required. A simple method is devised to measure the parallelism of opaque optical components, such as germanium windows, for which the conventional technqiues of interferometric measurement in visible light could not be used conveniently.
