摘要
The formation of hydrated layered sulfides Kx(H2O)y[MoS2] from the metastable host lattices 1T-MoS2, 2M-WS2 and 1T-Mo1/2W1/2S2 has been investigated by galvanostatic electrochemical reduction and by cyclovoltammetry. Essential results are (i) the formation of an unusually large number of intermediate phases, (ii) high resolution cyclovoltammograms of solid state processes, (iii) excellent reversibility of the reaction upon cycling. The appearance of four to five intermediate phases in a narrow stoichiometry range has been interpreted on grounds of structural instabilities and ordering processes in the interlayer electrolyte phase.
