摘要
The supports with disulphide and urethane linkage were prepared and their linkage stability was studied in ammonia solution. The urethane linkage was found to be more stable than the disulphide linkage. The simple hybridization with support linked oligonucleotide;de revealed the hybridization yields in the range of 10-15%. Interestingly, the triple helix hybridization yields were 92.4%,88.2%,72.5 %,86.4% and 78.7% for polystyrene urethane, CPG (500 degrees A) urethane, CPG (3000 degrees A) urethane, (500 degrees A) disulphide and CPG (3000 degrees A) disulphide respectively.
