INTERACTIONS OF THE Y-BA-CU-O SUPERCONDUCTOR WITH VARIOUS OXIDE AND METALLIC SUBSTRATES

摘要
The chemical interactions between the YBa2Cu3O7-x and various substrates (Si, Al2O3, ZrO2, SrTiO3, MgO, Ag, Cu and Nb) were studied in the temperature range of 600-945°C. The reaction products, in general, are Ba compounds, CuO (and Cu2O) and the Y2BaCuO5 (2-1-1) phase. The effect of superconductor-substrate interaction on the electrical resistivity and magnetic susceptibility of the samples was also measured. By comparing the percentage of remaining 1-2-3 phase in samples reached at 945°C for 17 h, a reactivity scale in decreasing order was obtained as Nb$GRSi$GRZrO2≥Al2 O3$GRSrTiO3$GRSrTiO3MgO≥Cu$GRAg.
