摘要：

A series of N,N-substituted 1-arylcyclohexylamines was prepared mainly by the reaction of an arylmagnesium bromide and 1-dialkylaminocyclohexanecarbonitrile. As the cyclopentyl analog could not be obtained by this way, condensation of 1-phenylcyclopentylamine with pentamethylene dibromide in DMF was tried with success. These compounds were tested for their psyehopharmacological properties. 1-[1-(2-Thienyl)cyclohexyl]piperidine (16) was found to be the most active. © 1969, American Chemical Society.
