摘要
The feasibility of thin film solid-state batteries is demonstrated. The first attempt to build a solid-state battery using molecular beam deposition throughout the whole process is presented. Results obtained in MBD on the intercalation cathode material InSe and on the electrolyte, fast ion conducting glass B2O3-xLi2O-yLi2SO4 are presented.
