摘要
XPS, UPS, work function, surface conductivity and LEED measurements of SnO2(110) have been performed with the purpose of exploring the effect of annealing the clean, amorphous surface in the temperature range 300 less-than-or-equal-to T less-than-or-equal-to 1100 K. Most of the results are consistent with earlier work. However, the extended temperature range employed allows the presence of the 1 x 2 high-temperature phase to be confirmed. The measurements point to a missing bridging-O row model for this phase.
