摘要
The application of the transition state theory to the pyrolysis of biomass and tars has been analyzed. Values of the specific surface of the solid, the length of the molecular unit involved in the decomposition and the solid density must be taken into account to calculate the entropy of the activated complex. Reaction orders different from unity in the thermal decomposition of solids are explained.
