摘要
An addition of EDTA to the culture medium considerably increases H2 metabolism of green algae. However, even under these conditions, several hours of anaerobic incubation (adaptation) are necessary for the optimum of hydrogenase activity to be reached. In addition, the stability of H2 metabolism during longer periods of anaerobiosis is much better. © 1968 Springer-Verlag.
