摘要：

The outcome of 37 563 matings of pigs in the Padana Valley of Northern Italy over a 4-year period was studied. The results show a marked reduction in fertility in the hottest months when a fertility rate of less than 50% was found. Separate studies of sows and gilts show a similar development in the dynamics of the phenomenon, with, however, a time change. © 1979, British Society of Animal Science. All rights reserved.
