RENORMALIZED NONLINEAR FLUX-FLOW AND PHASE-SLIP RESISTIVITY IN POLYCRYSTALLINE BI-SR-CA-CU-O

摘要
Flux-flow in polycrystalline Bi-Sr-Ca-Cu-O, identified by rotation of an applied field relative to the rf current in the sample plane, is observed superimposed on an isotropic background phase-slip resistivity. Flux-flow resistivity varies as sin2(psi), where psi is the angle between the applied magnetic field and the rf current, vanishes as T --> T(c), and is a non-linear function of the applied field. The phase-slip resistivity is seen to vary approximately with field and temperature as rho(n)/I02(gamma/2) with gamma3 = A(T) X (1-T/T(c)3/2/(H+H-0).
