摘要
A second saturation in the current-voltage characteristics of crystals of cadmium sulphide under conditions of i.r. quenching of photoconductivity is attributed to the acoustoelectric interaction of free holes and the piezoelectric lattice modes. This leads to a value of hole mobility of 48 cm2V-1 sec-1. © 1969.
