摘要
Reagentless bulk-type biosensors for peroxides based on the incorporation of horse-radish peroxidase into carbon paste and graphite-epoxy matrices are described. Mediatorless detection of organic peroxides is reported for the first time. The principle of measurement is based on the electrocatalytic current arising in dependence on the peroxides level in micromolar concentration range. The polishable graphite-epoxy biosensors exhibit a life time of more than 40 days. Analogous observations are reported for a fungal peroxidase.
