摘要
Melanoma growth stimulatory activity [Mgsa) is a polypeptide mitogen and a possible autocrine growth factor for melanoma and other tumor cells. A restriction fragment length variant of Mgsa was followed in interspecific backcross mice. Mgsa was localized between Afp and Gus on mouse chromosome 5. distal to known loci affecting skin pigmentation. © 1990 S. Karger AG, Basel.
