Preparations of specifically labeled [1-C-14]-, [3-C-14]- and [1-O-18]allyl alcohol are described. The syntheses were achieved, respectively, in 7,. 11 and 9 steps, with overall yields of 33%, 10% and 38%. Commercially available (KCN)-C-14, (CH3COONa)-C-14 and (H2O)-O-18 were used as the starting materials.
