摘要
The study of the disposition of chromatin in the interphasic nucleus requires the combination of serial sectioning and a specific or preferential chromatin staining. In this work, we try to consolidate PTA preferential chromatin staining with serial sectioning by applying the contrast before tissue embedding, in order that epoxy resins can be used instead of GMA.
