摘要
Microsomal fractions from mouse brain incorporate mannose-C14 from GDP-mannose-C14 into lipid material. The extent of incorporation is limited primarily by the endogenous acceptor. The incubation mixture includes phosphoenol pyruvate and Mn++. Protease has no effect on the product. The mannolipid is extremely sensitive to acid but is resistant to base. © 1969.
