摘要：

The chemotherapeutic action of cyclophosphamide or adriamycin monotherapy on hyperdiploid Ehrlich curcinoma was compared with that of sequential combinations of suramin and cyclophosphamide and suramin and adriamycin. The chemotherapeutic action of the suramin-cyclophosphamide combination or of the adriamycin-suramin combination was significantly enhanced when the combination partners were applied at definite intervals. © 1979 Elsevier/North-Holland Scientific Publishers Ltd., All rights reserved.
