摘要
The NMR spectra of a number of octadecadiynoic acids and of the derived cis, cis- and trans, trans- octadecadienoates have been studied using a 100 MHz instrument. Characteristic spectral features associated with the number of methylene groups between the two unsaturated centres are described. In diunsaturated acids and esters of the general formula CH3.(CH2)p.X.(CH2)n.X.(CH2)r.COOR where X represents the unsaturated centre, those compounds can be differentiated by their NMR spectra in which p-0-2 and/or r=0-3 and/or n=0 or 1 or (diynes only) 2 or 3. © 1969.
