摘要
A novel multi-Gaussian function model is reported for deconvoluting directly the Tung equation for instrumental band broadening (column dispersion) in gel-permeation chromatography. Using the Fourier transform technique. Tung's integral equation is reduced to a simple expression for the calculation of the true molecular weight distribution from an experimental chromatogram. An example of numerical calculation with computer simulation and two examples of experimental results for commercial polymers are given. © 1990.
