摘要:
The use of a high-performance chelation ion chromatographic system incorporating a single chelating dyestuff-treated column for the combined preconcentration and separation of trace metals in sea-water is described. A Xylenol Orange-impregnated resin was used to determine the 'labile dissolved' concentrations of Zn-II, Pb-II, Ni-II and Cu-II in local samples at low mu g dm(-3) levels. The quantitative performance was assessed through standard additions calibration and analysis of CASS-2 coastal sea-water certified reference material.
