摘要：
Supercritical fluids (SCF), which have been gaining recognition as suitable solvents for extraction of biomolecules, also show promise for use as novel media for enzymatic reactions. Their advantages, compared with organic solvents, include, among others, easily controllable solubility of components, high diffusivity, low toxicity and improved reaction rates. The use of SCF should facilitate the integration of biochemical reactions and separation processes. © 1990.
