摘要
Measurements of the resistivity of Pr1-zCazBa2Cu3O7-delta (for z less-than-or-similar-to 1/2) as a function of temperature show that below room temperature, thermally activated hopping is the dominant conduction mechanism in this material; an apparent crossover is seen from variable-range to nearest-neighbour hopping. We were unable to confirm the report that a film with z congruent-to 1/2 would be superconducting.
