摘要
This paper has seasonal timeliness. The authors detail their studies on the effects of a warm humid environment upon physiologic processes. These effects are of especial significance for the patient in congestive heart failure whose heart cannot cope with the stressful demands for increased work. Attention should be given to prophylactic measures in the environment. © 1969 Southern Medical Association.
