We have measured the thermal conductivity κ, the resistivity, and the AC susceptibility of Bi2Sr2CaCu2Ox single crystals. The zero resistivity transition temperature varies from 93 to 95 K for different samples. Weak temperature dependence and absolute value of κ of our crystals in the temperature interval 10 K<T<60 K are common for disordered crystals. At higher temperatures the phonon-electron scattering strongly limits the thermal conductivity which exhibits a break at the superconducting transition temperature Tc. © 1990.
