RELATIVE RATE CONSTANTS OF O(1D2)-OLEFIN REACTIONS

摘要
The relative rate constants for the reactions of O(1D2) with several olefins were determined at room temperature by measuring the amount of N2 produced in the competitive reactions between N2O and olefin toward O(1D2). The derived rate constants (relative to N2O) are as follows: ethylene 1.8, propylene 5.0, trans-2-butene 4.9, cis-butene 7.2, 2-methyl- propene 3.7, and 2-methyl-2-butene 8.9. © 1979.
