摘要
The tissue distribution of H-3-labelled aminated beta1-3 polyglucose (H-3-AG) after intravenous, intraperitoneal and peroral administration was studied in Atlantic salmon (Salmo salar) by means of whole-body autoradiography and liquid scintillation counting. Parenteral injection resulted in high levels of radiolabelled compound in organs with large amounts of lymphoid tissue, such as the pro-nephros, spleen, gills, and the wall of the posterior intestine. The radioactivity in these organs persisted at a high level throughout the experimental period. Following oral administration, a substantial amount of radiolabelled substance was attained in the wall of the posterior intestine, whereas only traces of radioactivity were found in other tissues.
