摘要
Experimental evidence is given of a new anelastic relaxation effect occuring near 27°K in cold-worked Tantalum and Niobium. It is also shown that the anelastic effect observed at about 180°K (the α-peak), is a CWP due to the interaction between dislocations and hydrogen impurity atoms. © 1969.
