摘要：

Chronic granulomatous disease in children is a disease of recurrent sepsis in children which results from a deficiency of a white cell DPNH oxidase. The fatality of the disease has previously been emphasized. However, a spectrum of disease exists with long-term survival possible. The treatment is as yet unestablished, but maintenance antibiotics and conservative surgical management should be utilized. © 1969.
