摘要
The phosphasilenes Is2Si = PR (Is = 2,4,6-triisopropylphenyl, R = SiMe2tBu, SiiPr3) are remarkably thermally stable. At about 60-degrees-C, they react with white phosphorus to give the 1,2,3-triphospha-4-silabicyclo[1.1.0]butanes 1. Compounds with P3Si framework thus join the known P4, Si4, and P2Si2 heterobicyclobutanes.
