摘要：

The subclavian-steal-syndrome is characterized by a total or partial obstruction of the proximal arteries subclavian or innominata (tr. brachiocephalicus) located before the origin of the artery vertebralis with blood flow reversal in the ipsilateral vertebral-artery and blood syphoning from the arterial cerebral circulation. It is reported on 384 cases of a subclavian-steal-syndrome, its etiology, hemodynamic, symptomatic, diagnostic and therapy hitherto found in the German and Angloamerican literatures. © 1968 Dr. Dietrich Steinkopff Verlag.
