摘要
This paper is based on data collected from 269 manufacturing organizations. The objective of this research is to examine the impact of the degree of integration of business functions on the benefits accrued from the implementation of factory automation (FA) technologies. The results indicate that highly integrated organizations tend to realize more of the strategic benefits of FA compared to organizations that are not as integrated.
