摘要：

The need for additional higher order gauge dependent terms in the conventional mass renormalization of Z0 (and by extension other unstable particles), deduced recently from a theoretical argument involving gauge invariance, is rederived by calculations of specific physical amplitudes, thus providing an independent proof.
