摘要
The large vertical extent and diurnal variation in the electron density profile of Jupiter observed in radio occultation by Voyager 1 imply a homopause eddy diffusion coefficient of 1-3×105 cm2 s -1 and an exospheric temperature of about 1,300 K. © 1979 Nature Publishing Group.
