摘要
A polymorphic transition from hexagonal to cubic phase in Bi//1//. //5//5Y//0//. //4//5O//3 has been confirmed by complex impedance measurements. The transition was observed at about 975 K. SEM micrographs give evidence of the layered morphology of the low-temperature phase with hexagonal symmetry. Electrical measurements reveal that only bulk properties are modified by the transition. From a comparative analysis of the activation energies of bulk and grain boundaries, the existence of a segregated phase is suggested for the interpretation of the electrical transition mechanism.
