摘要
In n series of earlier papers classical system sensitivity concepts have been generalized to an abstract system setting. In this abstract setting a criteria for reducing system sensitivity through feedback was established, This paper shows that effective design techniques can be developed from the criteria in the domain of non-stationary systems. © Taylor and Francis Group, LLC.
