摘要
This paper reviews and evaluates the concept of the structure of COM (coal organic matter) comprising self-association multimers. It assumes that donor-acceptor interactions form the structure of the polyassociation species. The nature of non-valent interactions and their part in the connections are thought to vary with the coal rank, according to certain laws. In terms of the polyassociation concept, the mechanism of coal liquefaction in reducing media consists of two integrated stages: an initial stage involving disintegration of the coal structure accompanied by the destruction of donor-acceptor connections and the conversion of individual multimer blocks and their association species into the liquid state; and a stage involving destruction of valent bonds in multimer blocks followed by the formation of low molecular weight compounds due to reactions with hydrogen donors. An explanation is given for physicochemical processes in hydrogenation coal liquefaction improving the production of synthetic liquid fuels. © 1990.
