摘要：

Descriptions are given of simple and versatile experimental devices for preference tests with meiobenthic animals in continuous gradients of salinity, temperature, salinity-temperature combinations, and moisture. The use of natural sands as substratum, the reproducible gradient field, and the absence of any unnatural sudden and steep discontinuity zone render these devices superior to those previously described for interstitial animals. © 1979.
